ISE – Guest lecture on Micro – Teaching

A guest lecture was organized by Integrated School of Education on 04th February 2022. It was given by Dr. Namita Sharma and Dr. Neelam Srivastava for B.Ed students through
online mode using google meet. Dr. Namita and Dr. Neelam are working as Asst. Professor in RCCV Girls College, Ghaziabad.

The talk was about “Micro Teaching”. She introduced herself and explained about Micro Learning that Micro Teaching is a teacher training program which helps a teacher to develop mastery of one teaching skill at a time. The objective is to prepare the students for macro teaching that is essentially the final essence of our curriculum.

Dr Nidhi Agarwal (Principal ISE) inaugurated the programme and told the importance of Micro Teaching in B.Ed. Dr Ananta Sharma, Prof Richa Sharma, Prof. Kanchan Trehan, Prof. Sonia Sachdeva etc. were present during the talk. The present students appreciated and were excited with the take-aways.
