Webinar on Product Development & Consumer Psychology

Consumer Behaviour is a field that combines psychology, marketing, anthropology, behavioural economics and more. It’s a melding pot, for how our perception, thoughts, feelings influence behaviour when interacting with products and companies. In other words, it’s understanding how your target demographic interacts with your business and resulting metrics. It boils down to: What is a consumer’s “why?”, and how can we align the “why” of our product and business processes? Through analysis, we can modify marketing strategies. INMANTEC hosted a webinar on Product Development & Consumer Psychology on 4th of December 2020 which was headed by Miss Apoorva Mulani, a veteran Human Resource Professional with a decade of experience. More than 500 students attended the webinar and learnt not only about consumer psyche and behavioural patterns but also some salient tips on how to navigate through an extremely competitive market.
