Note on Seminar

The Seminar for PGDM students has been organized on the topic “ Sales Training and Business etiquettes” .The objective of this Seminar is to provide sales technique, Inside sales and inculcate soft skills (behaviour aspect while negotiations , business meetings) and decision making. The basic content of the Seminar was as below :

  1. Sales Training
  2. Introduction to customer- Sales situation and How to handle in different circumstances
  3. Handling objection
  4. Negotiation skills
  5. Meeting etiquettes
  6. Problem solving and decision making techniques
  7. Corporate etiquettes

Students were also participated in management games related with Negotiation skills and sales situation in various conditions.
