INMANTEC established its Incubation Centre, IGNITE, on 13th September 2025 as a strategic initiative to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and the growth of a sustainable startup ecosystem. IGNITE aims to nurture entrepreneurial ideas among students, faculty members, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing structured and end-to-end incubation support.
IGNITE offers continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals from industry, academia, and the startup ecosystem. The Centre provides dedicated incubation space, modern technological infrastructure, and essential business support services, including financial planning, legal assistance, intellectual property rights (IPR) support, market research, and business model development.
To support the growth and scalability of startups, IGNITE facilitates interaction with investors, venture capitalists, angel investors, incubators, accelerators, and government agencies. The Centre also assists startups in accessing various central and state government schemes, grants, and funding opportunities.
In addition to incubation support, IGNITE regularly organizes Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs), workshops, training sessions, expert talks, and awareness programs. These initiatives help participants develop entrepreneurial skills, technical knowledge, and managerial capabilities while staying updated with emerging industry trends.
By encouraging research, innovation, product development, and commercialization, the Incubation Centre – IGNITE contributes to the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat by promoting self-reliance, innovation-led growth, and job creation. The Centre plays an important role in strengthening the regional startup ecosystem through support for sustainable and socially responsible enterprises.
Currently, students are actively working on their business ideas under the guidance of domain experts and mentors. Regular mentoring sessions, review meetings, and structured workshops are conducted to ensure steady progress and continuous improvement.
