A workshop on “Industry Insights and Career Opportunities in Finance, Marketing, IT, HR, IB, OM & CM” was organized for MBA 1st Year students on April 14, 2026, in the Seminar Hall. The objective of the session was to provide a comprehensive understanding of various specializations and help students make informed decisions by aligning their interests, strengths, and career goals.

The workshop was conducted by faculty experts from different domains: Dr. Nitin Saxena and Dr. Mani Kansal (Finance & IB), Ms. Prerna Srivastava (HR & CM), Dr. Lalit Agarwal (Marketing & OM), and Mr. Ankit Saxena (IT). The session began at 11:00 AM with an introduction to the importance of specialization in MBA programs.

Each domain session covered key career opportunities and required skill sets. Finance & IB focused on banking, investment, and global business; HR & CM highlighted roles in talent management and organizational development; Marketing & OM discussed careers in branding, sales, and operations; and IT emphasized the role of data analytics, business intelligence, and technical skills in modern business.
