The Faculty Development Program (FDP)

The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Strategies for High Impact Journal in an AI-Enabled Research Environment” was successfully conducted on 20 March 2026 at 02:30 PM in the Seminar Hall, Campus One. The session was delivered by Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Engineering, Marwari University, Rajkot, who brings rich international academic exposure with his postdoctoral research from London Metropolitan University, UK, and Ph.D. from Seoul National University of Science and Technology, South Korea.

The FDP witnessed the enthusiastic participation of approximately 50 faculty members from diverse disciplines including BA, B.Com, D.Pharma, Management, IT, and Law. The session provided valuable insights into publishing in high-impact journals, leveraging AI-enabled research tools, and enhancing research quality and visibility in the contemporary academic landscape.

Dr. Singh’s expert deliberations on effective research strategies, ethical use of AI, and practical approaches to academic publishing were highly appreciated by the participants. The program received excellent academic feedback, with faculty members acknowledging its relevance, depth, and applicability in strengthening their research capabilities.

Overall, the FDP proved to be a highly enriching and impactful academic initiative, contributing significantly to the enhancement of research orientation and scholarly excellence among the participants.
