Online Faculty Development Program on “Research Writing- Methods, Metrics and Mastery”

The Management Department of INMANTEC Institutions, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (Ministry of Education Initiative) and INMANTEC Ignite, successfully organized a five-day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Research Writing: Methods, Metrics & Mastery” from 16th to 20th February 2026.

The program was designed to enhance the research capabilities of academicians and scholars by providing both theoretical insights and practical exposure to effective research writing techniques. The sessions covered key areas such as writing impactful research papers, application of statistical tools using STATA, literature review and referencing using Mendeley and Zotero, use of Generative AI in research, and bibliography analysis using VOSviewer.

The FDP witnessed participation from faculty members, researchers, and academicians from diverse institutions. Esteemed resource persons from reputed institutions delivered enriching sessions, sharing their expertise and practical knowledge.

The program concluded with positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the relevance, depth, and applicability of the sessions in strengthening their research skills. E-certificates and study materials were provided to all participants.
