Industrial Visit to Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida

The Management Department of INMANTEC Institutions, Ghaziabad, organized an industrial visit to Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida, on 3 September 2026 for the students of the MBA 2026–28 batch. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a leading manufacturing organization and help them connect classroom concepts with real-world industrial practices.

During the visit, students gained valuable insights into manufacturing and assembly processes, production operations, quality management, supply chain practices, material handling, inventory management, workplace safety, and the role of technology in modern manufacturing. The students also observed how different functional areas work together to ensure operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.

The visit provided an enriching experiential learning opportunity, enabling students to understand the practical application of concepts studied in areas such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Organizational Management.

The industrial visit successfully strengthened industry–academia interaction and enhanced students’ understanding of contemporary manufacturing practices, professional work culture, teamwork, discipline, and operational excellence. Overall, the visit was an informative and valuable learning experience for the MBA students.
