The primary objective of the session was to guide final-year students in making informed career choices after graduation, while highlighting the significance and vast opportunities associated with pursuing an MBA. The session also aimed to showcase the advantages of the MBA program at INMANTEC, with a focus on skill development, career advancement, and global exposure.

The session was conducted over two days. BBA students attended on 27th March 2026, while B.Com and BA students participated on 28th March 2026. Each session was held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The program commenced with a welcome address, followed by the introduction of the resource persons. Dr. Mani Kansal and Dr. Lalit Agarwal shared valuable insights on the evolving job market, emerging industries, and the roles where an MBA provides a competitive advantage. This was followed by engaging management games. Further sessions were conducted by Placement Officer Mr. Shailendra Soni and Admission Head Dr. Sudir Srivastava along with their team.

The Career Counselling Session proved to be highly effective in guiding students toward well-informed career decisions. The integration of interactive teaching methods, management games, real-life case discussions, and a focused presentation on INMANTEC’s MBA program made the sessions engaging, informative, and practical. Students gained a clear understanding of the benefits of pursuing an MBA and the necessary steps to achieve their career goals.
