BBA Orientation Programme – “Vidyaarambh-2026”
The Management Department of INMANTEC Institutions organised a three-day BBA Orientation Programme – “Vidyaarambh-2026” for the newly admitted students of the BBA Batch 2026–29. The programme was designed to provide students with a smooth and meaningful transition into higher education while introducing them to the institution’s academic environment, facilities, opportunities and culture.
The programme commenced with a formal inaugural ceremony, featuring lamp lighting, Saraswati Vandana, an overview of the programme and an inspiring address by the Chief Guest. Students were introduced to the academic and institutional ecosystem through sessions on the AI Lab, Incubation Cell and Library, along with an introduction to the faculty members.
The second day brought an engaging blend of industry exposure and experiential learning. The “Let’s Meet the Recruiters” session gave students an opportunity to interact with corporate representatives and gain an early understanding of industry expectations, employability skills and career pathways. The day further featured ice-breaking activities and a Treasure Hunt, encouraging communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making in an engaging environment.
The final day focused on career readiness and alumni engagement. The Placement Cell familiarised students with placement opportunities, internships, professional communication, interview preparation and other essential employability skills. The Alumni Interaction Session further provided students with practical insights into academic journeys, career planning and professional development, helping them connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
Overall, Vidyaarambh-2026 served as a purposeful beginning to the students’ BBA journey, combining orientation, industry exposure, experiential learning, career awareness and peer interaction. The programme successfully fostered confidence, teamwork, professional awareness and a sense of belonging among the newly admitted students, laying a strong foundation for their academic and professional journey at INMANTEC Institutions.
