Globalization and IT have brought out a rapid change in the way we think and work. Change has been a normal phenomenon all through the history. But today the rate of change is some thing, which we had not heard of earlier. This situation will require special and different attitude of people to cope-up with the change.

Change today is permanent and also profound and therefore we need different mind set to be successful in the present world.
