The PGDM program, leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma in Management by
INMANTEC
emphasizes on the international aspects of modern business. This reflects the globalization
of world trade and the increasing requirement for managers to operate within multi-cultural
environments. INMANTEC’s universally acclaimed PGDM
program, designed to balance
the theoretical knowledge with the practical skills, attracts large number of certified applicants from all over the country. Owing to
its globally fitted curriculum, it attracts a mix of culture and experiences resulting
into the benefit of each participant. It provides managers with problems-solving
frameworks applicable to their work and beneficial to the development of their professional
aptitude.
INMANTEC selects the best candidates concerning their prior academic performance, qualification, work-experience and overall motivation.
The two-year PGDM program comprises of 6 trimesters, three in each academic year. Each Trimester is of 10 to 12 weeks duration. Advanced elective papers are offered in starting of third term of the program in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, International
Business, Retail and Information Technology. The students are expected to take seven elective
courses in each area of dual concentration.
The students are
encouraged to choose specializations keeping in mind their long term interests and
their abilities. Individual counseling is available at the Institute for choosing
suitable electives.
We also offer top up program (Post-degree Diploma - PDD in IB) in collaboration
with Vancouver Island University, Canada. You can check further details from the
