brochure for placing its student in the industry. I have watched the progress of
this institute over the last 6 years and I appreciate that the institute has been
constantly engaged in updating its educational, training and other activities to

Globalization and IT have brought out a rapid change in the way we think and work.
Change has been a normal phenomenon all through the history. But today the rate
of change is some thing, which we had not heard of earlier. This situation will
require special and different attitude of people to cope-up with the change. Change
today is permanent and also profound and therefore we need different mind set to
be successful in the present world. All of you graduating now and stepping into
a career needs to understand that whatever knowledge you have gained is only the
base fro your future learning. It is only a beginning and not an end. My advice
to the future managers would be “please do not stop your search for knowledge and
the game would be learning, unlearning and relearning.' This phenomenon will decide
